What are the effects of global climate change on animals living in the wild?

The temperature changes associated with global climate change are impacting the migration patterns and habitat animals living in the wild. Increases in temperature cause a decline in the availability of food sources many animals rely on causing them to move beyond their normal habitat in search of sustenance. In more extreme cases climate change has physically reduced the area of some animal’s habitat forcing them to encroach on land inhabited by man. The questions this research will answer are what are the effects of global climate change on animals living in the wild? Is the loss of food supplies linked to global shifts in climates? Are declines in natural habitat connected to climate change? Is the decline in population numbers of some species tied to the effects on their environment caused by climate change?

Researchers disagree that climate change is responsible for the changes in wild animal populations. Scientists argue over the cause of declining habitats experienced by some species of wild animals. Supporters of the global climate change side of the argument cite increased temperatures as the cause for a reduction in food and habitat while critics blame toxic waste and other causes for the decline.

Well I am having a hard time deciding for sure what I am doing. If I stick with the global climate change and the effects on animals my problems will be identifying reputable sources. There is a lot of data out there and much of it is in the form of viral-video so documenting the validity of the source is next to impossible. With so many web sites enabling users to post video and audio from any number of sources, copy-righted or not, how will a researcher prove that the source is real and not a fabrication. Furthermore with the topic being so politically charged I have to be concerned with misinformation clouding the results. As far as printed documents go journals, electronic and other wise, magazines and pamphlets offer me the most how since the printed books on the subject are going to be some what dated and more concerned with the climate changes and less their effects on animals.

It is nice to be in a classroom with semi-functioning A/C but Damn! had I know it was going to be in the library I would not have bought that double-Americano that is currently losing its warmth out in the hallway.
